How to enhance your boobs?

So i'm a 12 B-C cup and i was wondering how do i make my boobs look bigger? using singlets, or changing the way your boobs sit in the bra. I use pushed and wired bras, but i can't seem to make it look like i have any cleavage, how can i make it seem like i have cleavage? thanks
