Is it safe to use wet wipes on my xbox 360 s and ps3 silm ?

Is it safe to use just normal antibacterial non-fragrant wet wipes on these consoles and on the power brick / AC adaptor ? The xbox 360 s has large vents on the top and sides, if it gets a little wet and i dry it straight afterwards with a dry cloth will it be ok or will it do damage to the console ?
