What tops suit a black laced tiered skirt?

If you want to wear a floral shirt make sure that theres only flowers in part of the shirt like the top or bottom or the top right or left corner, and the rest is all plaid or with one single patters. Also if you want wear a shirt that has some desings that keep repeating. If it was me i'd wear a plain white tank top to put under the skirt with flats or black cute heels i own. Hope I helped. xoxx
