Wireless help please?

My cable and internet was reconnected today and cable is working fine and from what i can tell the modem is working fine but my wireless adaptor is not getting internet to my computer all the lights are on on the wireless router that are supposed to on but i cant get my internet to work on my computers or my xbox live someone please help
