Is my dog going into labor or is it fake?

I have no idea when she got pregnant but a couple nights ago at 5 am some green flem like stuff came out of her it looked lime stringy snot. she is really big and the puppies are kicking hard and she's panting but she will eat but won't drink she drank somthing at 12 last nite and hasn't drank since she has been acting funny this whole week but I don't know if she is going to have her puppies or not. (I left her at my moms for 2 weeks while I went up to florida to see my dads family and she ended up prego. I am going to get her spayed don't worry. I volunteer for an animal shelter I know how it is.) Just give me the most helpful information please(:
