Can I somehow hook a mic up to my Sony Handycam HDR-CX100?

I can't find a microphone jack on this camera. There are two outlets, a DC in and an A/V out. Is there any way I Could use those? I have a boom mic and i need some way to hook it up to this camera. Could I buy an adaptor? I like to make short films, and this is the first time with me using a boom mic. Please tell me there is some way to hook it up.
