Circumsion major help?

Ok i really need your help i want to get this circumsion because im turning 16years old in september and i dont know how to tell my parents. They are indian by the way and they are somewhat nice to me but they have big mouths. The only reason y i want this is because im doing wrestling again next year and ur penis shows in the singlet. How should i ask them? And my doctor is somewhat close to us not really but i dont know how to tell him? Plz help me also will it grow later?
