My son was just diagnosed with epilepsy, I have a few questions,?

I have to wait about 6 months to see the Neurologist, but I have the EEG report and I am trying to interpret it the best I can. Any help would be great. It says frequent focal epileptiform dish charges coming from the right temporal region with greater occipital than parietal spread. and frequent spike and slow wave discharges in singlets adn short trains coming from t6>02>p4 with greater frequency of occurrence during drowsiness adn sleep. thanks for any help!!!!!!
