What's a good skin whitening cream?

One which works reasonably quickly. I'm caucasian and tan easily. But since i never go to the beach it means i have a shorts tan from summer, as well as tan lines from t shirts and singlets, which didnt even out. My tan takes forever to fade, so i was hoping to speed it up with a good lightening cream or bleach. So could anyone recommend me a good product that would work well on caucasian skin? thanks!
