Need to replace the 3 bolt mount on my garbage disposor?

what do you call the 3 bolt mount bracket holding the garbage disposer flange on the sink? also where do you get a replacment?... I do not need a new garbage disposer I just need the 3 bolt bracket to attach a new flange -- the new vanitian bronze flanges only come in a 3 bolt mount type & I only have an easy mount garbage disposer... I found the adaptor kit "Waste King 3101 ISE Adapter Kit" but I need the 3 flange bolt bracket... where do I get that?
