New school... outfit help?

Ok im changing schools this term and I need some ideas because we don't have a uniform but we have to wear knee-length or below skirts... and no strapless tops or singlets unless you wear a jumper. I am petite, 5'4, B-cup with long legs. but a small ***. Any ideas on what kind of skirts would suit me and tops that would make my hips look a little wider.. thanks
